DHS Public Charge Rule is back again

We have  just learned that the Seventh Circuit has issued an administrative stay of the N.D. Illinois decision setting aside the DHS Public Charge Rule. This means that the the DHS's Public Charge Rule is back in play again and accordingly the adjustment of status applications (Form I-485) must be filed with the Form I-944 and all relevant public charge questions must be answered on other forms. In this era of the Trump administration, nothing is certain until the highest court of the land gives a final verdict. This administration is taking things very seriously to keep up with its intent of tightening immigration rules. This gathers more importance at a time when the current US election for president hangs in balance.
