Dear Clients,
We are currently monitoring concerns associated with coronavirus (COVID-19) and take this moment to provide you with an update as it relates to our clients and employees at our Firm’s office locations. In the midst of such an already uncertain and anxious times, the last few weeks have been particularly distressing. As the impact of coronavirus intensifies on a daily basis, our offices are flooded with certain queries- Will interviews be going forward? Should our clients be showing up to court? How are specific consulates dealing with the outbreak? Whether we can extend our travel dates etc etc?
At this time, we inform that we will be available during our regular business hours 10 am-5 pm. We are also available through our office phones and emails. We will continue to have client meetings/consultations through phone and in person meetings on emergent basis where required. Due to the sensitivity of the situation, our paralegals and legal assistants will not be able to meet with the clients in person until the situation improves.
Do note that Federal, State and Immigration Courts have issued individual notices of closure until next two weeks. Immigration Courts have postponed Master Calendar (non-final) hearings for non-detained persons for few weeks.
We request all visitors to wash their hands before entering our office. The bathrooms are conveniently located down in a hallway right next to our office entrance. Our clients can call ahead and schedule time to drop off documents in our office. Our offices and reception area are regularly sanitized, keeping into considerations the health of our staff and all visitors.
All of our client matters under process at our firm’s offices, courts and government agencies will be consistently followed and all deadlines will be met. We will continue to keep all our clients posted of new developments relating to their cases and current situation affecting the pending matters.
For your specific queries, please feel free to contact our firm Bhagwati and Associates office locations directly. We know this is a stressful and trying time for everyone and our main priority must remain that we keep ourselves and our families safe. We wish you all the very best. Stay safe and healthy.
