Before starting Bhagwati & Associates, PLLC., he served in several Senior Executive Management positions in large Multinational Corporate houses, both in USA and India. For over a decade, he served as Corporate Legal Advisor to a large International Information Technology Servicing Company and continues to advise the corporation on Immigration and business legal matters in USA and abroad.

Before completing his LL.M course from NYU School of Law, Mr. Bhagwati earned his LL.B; a Bachelor of Laws Degree with high distinction ranking first in University scoring the highest GPA.Mr. Bhagwati also completed his Bachelor's Degree in Science followed by a Master's Degree in English literature.
