Mary Ann Serino, Esq.

Mary Ann Serino is the managing attorney for New Jersey offices of Bhagwati & Associates, PLLC. She has been a practicing law since 1993 and has been in the legal field since 1988. She is a graduate of Rutgers Law School and is licensed to practice law in the state of New Jersey. Ms. Serino received undergraduate degree in psychology and dance from Rutgers University. She is member of the New Jersey Bar Association.

Her current areas of practice include a focus on consumer bankruptcies (Chapters 7 and 13), family law, residential real estate, contract law and employment law. Ms. Serino served as an Early Settlement Panelist in Hudson county, helping to facilitate settlements in divorce and child custody cases.
