Mr. Pasricha is the of-counsel for New Jersey offices of Bhagwati & Associates, PLLC. He is senior managing partner and founder of Pasricha & Patel, LLC. He is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School and is licensed to practice law in the states of New York and New Jersey. Mr. Pasricha received his undergraduate degree in accounting from Baruch College, City University of New York. He is member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association, Commercial Law League, Association of Trial Lawyers of America, American Bar Association and New Jersey Bar Association.
